The common cold season has begun and the first symptoms…
For the past few days, I was watching few of the youtubers about new Canon EOS R camera and photography/videography tips and they mentioned they are sick, having a common cold already even if the summer hasn’t finished yet and there are a lot of sick people taking a bus and subway to work lately making also 4 people in the office sick… I can literally feel viruses attacking me by feeling a bit lower energy (also due to working out a lot lately) and having mucus – the defense against viruses – in my throat which I can spit out.
However, I’m very confident I will not get sick any time soon 🙂 because I’m following the tips below…
HOW TO AVOID GETTING A COMMON COLD

It takes 7-10 days to recover from the cold. People can have up to 12 colds per year. Adults get 2-4 colds per year.

I work as a freelancer for years now and I cannot afford to get sick, not even for a day. Every time I get a cold it takes at least 7 days to get back on track and few additional days to recover. Are you nut: 10 days?? I’m losing thousands of dollars every time I get sick.
